Power Pump
Strength training is recommended to help keep muscles toned and bones dense. During Power Pump, instructors use equipment such as body bars, hand weights, and stability balls to create a variety of exercises. This strength class uses exercises that are functionally appropriate for all participants and creates a toning experience for the entire body.

Core Fusion
Core Fusion combines controlled, challenging movements with relaxation & breathing techniques to develop better strength, balance, and flexibility. Special attention is given to improving core strength and postural alignment. The core is the bridge between the upper and the lower extremities of the body and it helps control all movement. You will learn how to strengthen and stretch all the muscles that make up the core and connect to the core so you can increase mobility and stability, improve posture, and avoid injury. All fitness levels are welcome!

 

 


HIIT
HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a quick and effective workout for maximal metabolic burn. This is interval training at its finest with a burst of cardio and strength moves utilizing body weight.
