Service in Friendship
Service in Friendship is a group of knitters, crocheters, and other crafters who meet at the Y once a month to garner their talents on behalf of the Y for All Scholarship Fund and other local agencies.
Service in Friendship was established in 2005 by a group of friends interested in giving back to the local community. In 2007, the group established the annual Holiday Bazaar sale benefiting our Monroe County Y's Y for All Scholarship Fund. Over the years, volunteers have spent countless hours crafting items for our three-day sale in the Southeast Y lobby. Since its first sale, the Holiday Bazaar has raised over $36,000 for our Y for All Scholarship Fund.
