Sometimes one-on-one attention and training are exactly what you need to reach your goals and exceed your expectations. The Y offers a variety of personal fitness approaches to suit your interests, schedule, and budget.

*Can be paid over the course of three months. If you train once per week, the package will last for a full three months. If you train more than once per week, the package may not last the full three months. Payments can be adjusted to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly withdrawals at the Welcome Center.
NEW: SINGLE TRAINING SESSION: $75
Just the plan, please! For someone who is highly motivated to work out on their own but wants the guidance of a customized fitness plan to follow—this is the option for you. Meet with a trainer for 30 minutes to discuss your fitness goals, then have a follow-up one-hour session where you will get your exercise plan to take with you.
Body Composition Evaluation
Southeast Y
By appointment only, $40
Our Tanita Scale can provide data/measurements/metrics. Complete body composition evaluation includes:
- Body fat percentage
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
- BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
- Total body water in pounds
- Height and weight
- Tracking of progress
- Printed copy of results

Fitness Testing
By appointment only, $40
Separate testing protocol for ages 15-60 and 60+. Each protocol consists of:
- Cardiovascular
- Muscular strength and endurance
- Flexibility
- Body Fat, BMI, & circumferences
- Height and weight
Included in your Membership
Consultation with a Personal Trainer
All Y members receive one free consultation session with a personal trainer! During your consultation, you and a personal trainer will discuss your health/wellness goals and address any questions you may have. The trainer will also give you recommendations to help you on your health/wellness journey.
Wellness Center Supervisor Introduction
Through one-on-one appointments, a Wellness Center Supervisor will:
- Help guide you through your health and wellness journey at the Y
- Answer questions you may have about equipment and machine usage
- Provide information about programming at the Y
- Discuss basic wellness tips and exercise guidelines
- Follow-up for accountability
