Personal Fitness Programs
Sometimes one-on-one attention and training are exactly what you need to reach your goals and exceed your expectations. The Y offers a variety of personal fitness approaches to suit your interests, schedule, and budget.
Single Training Session (NEW)
For someone who is highly motivated to work out on their own but wants the guidance of a customized fitness plan to follow—this is the option for you. For $80, you can meet with a trainer for 30 minutes to discuss your fitness goals, then have a follow-up one-hour session where you will get your exercise plan to take with you.

*Can be paid over the course of three months. If you train once per week, the package will last for a full three months. If you train more than once per week, the package may not last the full three months. Payments can be adjusted to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly withdrawals at the Welcome Center.
