Classic Birthday Parties
Classic Parties include a room and party supplies for up to 35 attendees (including children and adults). Your party room will be in our Annex and will include up to one hour of activity time from 12:00-1:00 pm or 2:00-3:00 pm, unless you select a Standard Party. Rates are $200 for members and $230 for non-members.
Included with your birthday party reservation:
- Two-hour use of Y party room
- One hour of activity
- One table for food, drinks, and presents
- Three tables with eight chairs each
- Eleven chairs along back wall for extra seating
- One birthday child chair by presents table
- A party host to take care of set up and clean up
- Solid-colored tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and forks for the tables with chairs
- A banner displaying the birthday child's name
- A goodie bag for the birthday child

Parents/guardians can arrive for set up 30 minutes before the start of the party. There is an additional $30 fee (per child) if there is more than one birthday child. As a reminder, classic parties accommodate up to 35 total attendees. If attendance goes over this amount of guests, extra guests will be asked to leave. The YMCA reserves the right to cancel your party without a refund if more than 35 people show up and refuse to leave.
