Half-Marathon Training
January 14-May 3

Train with our coaches toget in peak performance for a half-marathon! This program welcomes all levels of walkers and runners—no one gets left behind. Coaching for this program focuses on improving running/walking economy.

Training Plans Include:

  • Training lengths of 5K, 10K, 13 miles & 26.2 miles
  • Resistance training weekly, specialized for runners and walkers

Program rates are $85 per Y member or $225 per non-member.
