
Mind Body Classes
Mind Body is a method of body conditioning designed to stretch and strengthen the body through a series of unique exercises. Our Mind Body Group Ex classes serve as the perfect complement to more cardio-based and strength-based classes.
Registering for Mind Body Classes
At the Monroe County Y, we offer a wide range of free and paid (available at an additional cost) classes from yoga and Pilates to barre and core & strength. There are endless ways to incorporate the mind-body connection into your fitness routine!
Free Classes
For free classes, registration is not required, but you must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to reserve your spot. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Some have maximum capacities due to space, available equipment, and safety needs.
Paid Classes
Registration for paid Group Ex classes is monthly, so please register early to ensure your spot is reserved and you don’t miss any classes!
