Y's Weights
Join our monthly progressive strength training class designed to help you build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your current routine, this class will guide you through a structured program that progressively challenges your body each week. You will use dumbbells, plate loaded equipment, barbells, and more! Our experienced and certified strength training coach will provide personalized guidance, ensuring you perform each exercise safely and effectively.
This program is exclusive to members. Rates are $100 per eight sessions.
