This foundational class for children aged 3-12 focuses on water safety and acclimation, creating a fun and supportive environment for kids to learn essential skills. To ensure children are comfortable in the water and prepared for the next level of swimming, completion of this level includes:

• Independent water exit
• Assisted submersion
• Assisted back floating
• Assisted gliding
• Assisted rolls from back to belly and belly to back
• Assisted jump into the water and find the wall
• Assisted kicks and floats

This class for children aged 3-12 emphasizes water independence and self-rescue skills in a safe and engaging environment. Participants learn to explore the water confidently through essential practices such as:

• Independent submersion
• Back floating
• Front and back gliding
• Rolling from front to back and back to front
• Elementary backstroke
• Survival float

This class is designed for children aged 3-12 and focuses on enhancing endurance while mastering freestyle and backstroke techniques in a safe and enjoyable environment. Instructors will accommodate varying skill levels, ensuring that every child feels comfortable and engaged. Key skills practiced include:

• Swimming 25 yards independently
• Proper breathing techniques
• Treading water
• Freestyle
• Backstroke
• Dives from the side of the pool

By the end of this level, swimmers will have gained confidence in deep water and will be well-prepared to refine their techniques in the next levels.

This class is designed for children aged 7-14 and introduces more advanced swimming techniques including breaststroke, butterfly, flip turns, and diving from the block. At this level, students will transition to swimming in lanes, where instructors will focus on building endurance, refining stroke mechanics, and mastering new skills. Deep water confidence is critical at this stage, as students will frequently be in the deepest part of the pool. Key skills include:

• Performing a 100-yard swim in any combination of strokes
• Mastering advanced freestyle and backstroke techniques
• Executing butterfly and breaststroke for 25 yards
• Learning proper diving form

By the end of this level, swimmers will have developed the skills necessary for more competitive swimming environments and will be well-prepared to take on swim team practices or further advanced training.

This class is designed for children aged 7-14 who are ready to refine their swimming abilities and prepare for competitive swimming environments. At this level, students will focus on mastering advanced swim techniques such as flip turns, diving from the block, and building endurance for longer distances. The emphasis is on preparing swimmers for swim team practices by introducing structured training techniques like interval training, race starts, and swimming with greater efficiency. Students will practice in lanes and work on endurance, stroke technique, and advanced turns, with an increased focus on performance. Key skills include:

• Performing a 200-yard swim using any combination of strokes
• Executing flip turns off the wall
• Mastering backstroke flip turns and breaststroke pullouts
• Diving from the block with proper form
• Understanding the concept of interval training
