Endurance Training
Summer Triathlon Training
May 13-August 2

Train with our coaches to get in peak performance for triathlon events! This program welcomes all levels of participants—no one gets left behind. 

Training Plans Include:

  • Swimming instruction (stroke work, endurance, speed)
  • Open water training swims
  • Bike rides (safety, endurance, speed) with training lengths of 10 miles, 20 miles, 30 miles+; weather permitting
  • Walk/runs (technique, pacing, endurance, speed) with training lengths of 5K, 10K, 13 miles & 26.2 miles
  • Weekly resistance training, specialized for endurance participants

Program rates are $85 per Y member or $250 per non-member.
