Are you a teen between the ages of 12 and 14 and want to begin an exercise program and learn healthy lifelong habits or want to enhance your current program? Are you the parent of a teen and interested in introducing them to a healthy, active lifestyle? Our Y.S.T. program is for you! Maximum of 6 members per session.
This one and a half hour class will include:
•Instruction on proper usage of an introductory strength training
circuit and cardio equipment in Wellness Center
•Information on establishing healthy lifestyle habits
•Follow-up meeting with a Wellness Coach within 2 weeks of class
•Ongoing support from a Wellness Coach for the length of your membership
