ENCORE VINYASA
EnCore Vinyasa is a slow, gentle flowing yoga practice linking breath with body movements initiated from the core. We will focus on alignment as well as transitions between sustained postures. Emphasis will be on movement efficiency, integration, and endurance. Offered Spring I session.

PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION The breath plays a fundamental role in the quality of our existence and all physiological functions of the body. Pranayama (breathwork) is a means of exploring the breath and anchoring the mind in preparation for meditation.
