Pilates Sculpt & Tone
Get ready for a challenging workout with a wide variety of exercises inspired by Joseph Pilates that emphasize core conditioning. This class will provide a full body workout by promoting movements that increase overall strength, stability, improved posture, and flexibility. Come join us as we sculpt and tone our way to a longer, leaner, and stronger physique! Pilates experience recommended, but not required.

GRAVITY PILATES

Encompasses Pilates fundamentals, the Gravity exercise equipment, and biomechanical movement patterns to maximize core strength, stability, and coordination—a revolutionary repertoire. Class size limited to 5.

Yoga/Pilates--Moving from the Core
(Must first take either one session of Beginning Fundamentals of Pilates or one session of Level I Yoga.)
Learn how to create greater stability and better alignment as you move from your core. This class will focus on the integration of hatha yoga and Pilates, which both strengthens and invigorates the practice.
