Contact Margie Kobow at 332-5555, ext. 221. 2010 Y-TRI Adult Triathlon Training Program Become fit, and healthy, and do it with incorporating the concept of cross-training through the Sport of TRIATHLON! From new to seasoned triathletes, experience a great multi-sport program that will mentally, physically and spiritually get you motivated to become healthy and raise you to your new fitness level. Come out and TRI, meet new friends, and always learn something new! Registration begins May 10. You may register for the class and join the group at any time. Class Benefits include:
• Be coached by USA Triathlon Certified and trained staff. • Focus on a program designed for you and what will get you to the next level of fitness and health. • Become part of a fun atmosphere where commitment and dedication overflow through camaraderie and accountability. • Most training sessions will be an hour long, but Saturday "Brick" workouts will last longer. • Opportunities to participate in longer group bike rides, open water swims, nutrition lectures, and bike repair/maintenance demonstrations.
